As a child, I was a little shy. I spoke to the world through music. But I needed more than that to thrive in the world.

Years later, divorced with two children, I discovered another kind of music — connection. I trained at the best life coaching schools: the Tony Robbins' offical coaching school, The Robbins Madanes Center, as well as Coaching Institute. I knew coaching was my calling.

Today, I thrive on creating connection between people, and since 2017 I've helped others have more connection and more heartfelt communication with the most important people in their lives, including their family, friends and co-workers.
